Welcome to Lea Kirk's stop for the December SFR Brigade Showcase. This is a repeat-after-me blog!

No, wait, wait, wait. My bad. This is a participatory blog, with a give-away! 100% voluntary fun to kick off the holidays.

Here's how to enter: Click the button below to go to the Prophecy Series Fun Page on Facebook. Then post a picture there of your most favorite geeky holiday decoration. It can be one you own, or one you'd like to own. If there's a story behind the decoration, share it. I love stories! It can be a decoration for any holiday--Hanukkah, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween. All I ask is that you keep it PG-13, please. (Anything inappropriate will be removed without notice, and that name withdrawn from the give-away.)

Everyone who comments and/or posts a pic of their geeky decoration on the Prophecy Series Fun Page, will have their name put into my alien salad bowl. (It's made from an indestructible space alloy, but looks and feels like real Earth aluminum. Cool, huh?)

At 12:00 p.m. PST, on Monday, December 7th, one of my nerd-herd kids will draw the winner. The prize: A first-edition Prophecy ball-point pen!

Then, two more names will be drawn to receive an autographed bookmark each.

Winners will be posted on the Prophecy Series Fun Page Monday afternoon (PST). The best part of this give-away is that you don't have to sign up for anything, or even "like" the Prophecy Series Fun Page. This is all for fun.

My favorite geeky decoration is my Yoda ornament. It's from my hubby, who thinks about me at the weirdest moments. This time it was in the jam-packed grocery store the day before Thanksgiving. Gotta love that man. :)
